By consumer, in relation to contracts for the sale of goods or the provision of services, we mean: a natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to business or professional activity. Electronic commerce refers to all activities and exchanges of information that revolve around financial transactions between individuals and organizations, including public administrations. This contract must therefore be concluded exclusively through the online channel called “Internet”, at address of the website selfawareness.co.il. Below you will find the conditions of sale established by Organization, which will remain effective until they are modified by the same.
It is possible to purchase the products / services present in the Organization catalog when ordering and view them online at the URL selfawareness.co.il, as described in the relevant information sheets. It is understood that the image accompanying the description of a product cannot fully represent its characteristics. Correct receipt of the order will be confirmed by e-mail reply, sent to the e-mail address provided to us. This confirmation message will contain the date and time when the order was placed, as well as an “Order Number”, to be used in any future communication with Organization. The message will include all the information entered by you. Please ensure that the information you provide is correct and complete and immediately notify us of any changes in the information you have provided. You can access and update most of the information provided in the “My Profile” section of the website. In case of non-acceptance of the order, Organization guarantees timely communication of the fact.

Payment by “bank transfer” must be received within 3 days from the order, dated the same day in which the transfer is made. After this date the order will be considered null and void.

No responsibility can be attributed to Organization in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order. Upon delivery of the goods by courier, it is necessary to check the following: that the packaging is not damaged or wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps). Any damage must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery. Once you have signed the courier’s document, you will not be able to make any objection about the appearance of what has been delivered. Any problems relating to the physical integrity, similarity or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, according to the methods provided herein. also in the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).
When paying via PayPal, delivery will be made to the customer address for the PayPal account used.
Right of withdrawal
In case of purchase of physical goods, the right of withdrawal must be exercised within 14 working days following the purchase. When purchasing events, seminars or workshops, this right must be exercised before the event starts.

The customer / person who signed up agrees to be the solely responsible for any effects deriving from listening to the didactic contents and / or applying the techniques presented. Training events exist only for educational purposes, as well as for personal improvement. The use of the techniques explained in the training programs depends on the individual and therefore Organization cannot be held responsible in any way for the results. The customer / person who signs up agrees to be fully aware and responsible for the decisions made by applying the techniques explained in the products that are promoted here or in the pages referred to for further information, and will not have any right to request any type of compensation. for damages or for anything else to author (s) of the content of the training events, or to the company that owns them and / or any of its shareholders, directors, employees, affiliates or the person who owns the domain name. Training events, workshops and seminars
To register for events, workshops and seminars, you will need to authorize the processing of your image for normal work as described in the commercial register.

Satisfaction and money back guaranteed
Guaranteed satisfaction and reimbursement can also be applied in the case of purchases of intangible assets, such as training events. In the case of a 2-day event, if, at the end of the first day, the customer’s expectations are not met, you can contact the administrator in charge to request a refund of the registration fee. In the case of a 1 day event, this guarantee can be claimed in the middle of the day and you may receive a refund of the entry fee.
Obligations of the buyer
Once the “on line” purchase procedure has been completed, you are required to print and keep these general conditions which, moreover, you will have already viewed and accepted, as it is an obligatory phase in the acquisition, in addition to the specifications of the product purchased.
